In order to rent a car; for Economy group cars, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license for 3 years, for Standard group cars, at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license for 3 years, and for Premium group cars, at least 28 years old with a valid driver’s license for 5 years.
The minimum rental duration is 3 days.
A credit card registered in your name is required to rent a car. It will be requested at the vehicle delivery office.
The validity of the insurances will be void in the event of a traffic accident, theft, or alcohol report not being provided, and/or if the car is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if legal speed limits are exceeded. Damages resulting from broken glass, mirrors, headlights, tire punctures, and usage errors are not covered by insurance. The renter is responsible for any damages caused by accidents up to the amount written in the insurance policy’s deductible without objection.
For others to drive the car, their driver’s license details must be included on the rental agreement, and an additional driver fee must be paid. If this is not declared and/or any accidents occur, all insurance guarantees will be invalid, and both the renter and the driver will be held responsible jointly and severally.
An additional pre-authorization deposit, ranging from 500 TL to 2,000 TL depending on the vehicle group, will be taken from your credit card. This deposit is refunded 7 days after vehicle return.
The rental fee will be collected in full at the time of vehicle delivery either in cash or by credit card. For rental extensions, payment must be made in advance. In addition to the rental fee, a deposit will be taken from your credit card depending on the vehicle group.
For daily rentals, there is a limit of 250 km, and for monthly rentals, the limit is 3,000 km. For longer distances, please contact us for further information.
